Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Aatelier LLC ("Aatelier", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at aatelierllc.com and the mobile apps we publish on Google Play and other app stores (together, the "Services"). It applies to every app we publish unless that app's store listing links to its own policy.
The short version
Our apps do not require an account, and we do not collect, store, sell or share your personal information. We do not show ads and we do not use analytics or tracking tools that identify you.
Information we collect
- Apps: We do not collect personal or sensitive user data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. Anything you enter in an app stays on your device. If a future app or update needs to collect data, we will update this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety section before release.
- Website: Our website is a static site. We do not use cookies for tracking and do not ask you to submit personal information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Contacting us: If you message us (for example through Instagram or by email), we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to reply.
How we use information
We use information you send us only to respond to you. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any unrelated purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties that touch data in connection with the Services are infrastructure providers that operate on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), Google Fonts (font files loaded by the website, which receive your IP address as part of the request), and the app stores (Google Play), which handle downloads and payments under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
Third-party links
The website links to our Instagram accounts (@aatelier.creations and @aatelier.celebrations). Instagram is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy; we do not control it.
Data retention and security
Because we do not collect personal data through the apps, we hold none to retain or delete. Messages sent to us are kept only as long as needed to respond. Website traffic is served over HTTPS.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
